Hi, I’m Malick — the face behind BridgeTech Support.

I built this service with one mission: to make technology simple, reliable and affordable for people in Columbus, Ohio.

I started this small IT service because I kept meeting people who were tired of dealing with tech problems but didn’t have anyone patient, trustworthy, or affordable to call. I’ve been in IT for years, and I’ve seen how much stress a simple network issue, printer problem, or slow computer can cause. Sometimes you just need someone who actually listens and explains things in the simplest terms, not in tech jargon.

That’s what I try to do here.

I work with small businesses, home users, and anyone who wants their technology to just work without giving them a headache. Whether you’re setting up a new office, fixing a stubborn issue, or upgrading your systems, I try to make the whole process smoother, calmer, and a lot less confusing.

My background includes system administration, identity & access management, network support, cybersecurity , VoIP Administration , and day-to-day troubleshooting. But honestly, the most important part of this job isn’t the technical stuff. It’s being reliable, being honest, and treating people with respect.

I don’t rush through jobs, I don’t upsell anything, and I don’t disappear after things break again. I take the time to make sure you understand what’s going on and what your options are.
